John Legend was feeling under the weather following a stretch of extensive travel … so he took himself to the emergency room this morning to get checked out , but we have learned he just has a bad case of the flu. A rep for Legend says the singer recently returned from a trip to South Africa (among other places) and was feeling under the weather. So Legend went to a New York City area hospital where he was treated for flu-like symptoms. Legend was prescribed a healthy dose of rest. His rep says, “He’s been traveling a lot and must have picked up a flu-bug somewhere along the way, but he’s fine and resting at home now.”
